Revenue-based financing

Capital repaid as a fixed percentage of monthly revenue until a set multiple is delivered.

Sits between a merchant cash advance and a term loan: repayment flexes with revenue, but terms are longer and multiples usually lower.

Growing faster shortens the repayment period, which raises the effective APR.
