FundingForBusinesses.com (the “Site”) is operated by FIH LLC, New York(“we”, “us”). FundingForBusinesses.com is an independent, advertising-supported research publisher operated by FIH LLC, New York. We are not a bank, lender, loan broker, or financial advisor. We do not originate, arrange, negotiate, or service financing, we do not accept applications, and we are never compensated by a business seeking capital.

Loan statistics are derived from public U.S. Small Business Administration records and are provided as-is. We take care to reproduce them faithfully and describe our processing on the methodology page, but we do not warrant that any figure is accurate, current, or complete. Historical data describes what has happened; it does not predict what will happen. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting for the SBA or any government agency.

5. Third-party sites

The Site links to third parties, some of whom compensate us - see advertiser disclosure. We do not control those sites, are not responsible for their content, products, terms, or privacy practices, and a link is not an endorsement. Any dealing you have with a third party is solely between you and them.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• scrape, crawl, or bulk-download the Site in a manner that burdens our infrastructure;
• republish substantial portions of our derived datasets as your own work;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system;
• use the Site to send unsolicited commercial communications; or
• misrepresent your identity or affiliation when contacting us.

7. Intellectual property

The underlying SBA loan data is a work of the United States government and is in the public domain. Our aggregations, normalisation, editorial content, analysis, design, and code are ours. You may quote and cite our figures with attribution and a link. You may not reproduce our editorial content wholesale or present our derived datasets as your own.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for any lost profits, revenues, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Site or from any decision you make in reliance on it. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of the Site or breach of these terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. The state and federal courts located in New York have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
